Client Services Executive

Full-Time | Hong Kong

The Account Executive supports the Client Services team in delivering outstanding service to Red Asia's clients. The role combines operational execution, client support, insurer coordination and portfolio administration while providing a structured development path towards becoming an Account Manager.

This position is designed for individuals who wish to build a long-term career in insurance advisory and client relationship management.

Career Development Objective


This is not intended to be a purely administrative role. The successful candidate will progressively develop the technical, operational, and client management skills required to become an Account Manager responsible for an assigned client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities


1. Client & Team Support

  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally.

  • Assist Account Managers and the Head of Client Services with accounts.

  • Gather necessary documentation and handle administrative follow-ups.

2. Policy & Renewal Management

  • Prepare and maintain applications, policy records, renewals, and amendments.

  • Coordinate timelines and create renewal comparisons/summaries for clients.

3. Insurer Coordination & Claims

  • Submit information, follow up on quotes, and track underwriting requests.

  • Assist with obtaining competitive terms and tracking claims progress.

4. Data & Operations

  • Maintain accurate CRM (Odoo) records and SharePoint files.

  • Support billing, payments, and report generation.

Requirements


Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent.

  • Excellent English (written/spoken); Mandarin is strongly preferred; Cantonese is a plus.

  • Prior experience in insurance, logistics, customer success, or B2B environments preferred.
